e-motion wellness™ and LivingStone Athletics, both veteran-owned businesses, are teaming up to back the Step Up Foundation and combat veteran suicide. We stand with our military community, which often bears invisible scars. Suicide doesn’t discriminate based on military branch, rank, gender, or background. Together, we’re rewriting the conversation about mental health to end the stigma.

Sign up for one of two heats.
Heat 1: 9:30 am
Heat 2: 10:45 am
Be sure to select your correct time slot when purchasing tickets, heat 1 or heat 2.
1000X Step Ups completed as a team, partner, or individual for time.
4 OPTIONS: You can go solo or share steps with a friend.
1. SLICK/BEGINNER: No rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
2. STANDARD/INTERMEDIATE: 30#/20# rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
3. EXPERT: 45# rucksack. Use 20” box for step-ups.
4. SPECTATE: Just contribute, come show your support, and enjoy community, fellowship, and food
